It was lovely to meet Lynne today and have a hearing check, my first one ever. A very relaxed, personable experience and a very welcome addition for our community, that will be very appreciated by many I'm sure. I wish Lynne and her new business well for the future.

I visited Lynne and Hearoic in Downend today with some ear issues. First of all, it was super easy to contact Lynne and she was really responsive to messages. The van was really modern, clean and comfortable. Lynne explained what she was going to do and what you may experience and she instantly puts you at ease. The examination and treatment was super quick, gentle, professionally carried out and painless with great results. I visited Lynne yesterday at one of the mobile clinics. I’ve been trying to get a doctors appointment for some time and only able to get a telephone appointment! Lynne was able to see me very quickly and provided a hearing test, offered advice and has sent a letter of referral to my GP to speed the process along. Lynne is professional, very efficient and at the same time, friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Hearoic.

I visited Lynne, in her immaculate mobile clinic, and received a great, professional and knowledgeable service. After an inspection of my ears, with minimal fuss, she had extracted quite the sizable lump of wax from my ear. Thoroughly recommend Lynne and her great service.
